At Arla Foods, we're looking for a highly skilled Sustainability and Compliance Specialist to join our team in Melton Mowbray Creamery. As a key member of our Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety (QEHS) team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability across our operations.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as 26 days' holiday, employer pension matched up to 6%, and X4 annual salary life assurance cover.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for applying the Arla Foods' management systems on site, carrying out internal and external audits, and contributing your knowledge within relevant projects on site as well as wider QEHS teams within the Arla group.
  • You will ensure continuous improvement within the QEHS team by applying LEAN principles to improvement projects, ensuring EHS risk assessments of all changes with potential impact on significant EHS areas, and driving the safety mindset on site.
  • You will take leadership in developing, anchoring, and being a role model for a lean, safety, quality, food safety, sustainability, digital, and continuous improvement culture, maintaining, monitoring, and reporting QEHS data to site, as well as wider UK and global stakeholders.
