Your key responsibilities will include managing a caseload of participants, understanding their individual needs, and helping them plan the support required to get back to work.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Building effective relationships with participants, working collaboratively to identify and overcome barriers to employment.
  2. Partnering with participants to create a comprehensive action plan, identifying career opportunities and employment-related barriers.
  3. Providing job search support, guiding participants to register on job boards and ensuring their digital profiles are up to date.
  4. Ensuring participants have a professional CV, supporting statement, and covering letter tailored for each application.
  5. Working in a performance target-driven environment and having the desire to help people.
