Senior Digital Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Support Engineer to join our team at SitePoint Pty. As a key member of our ICT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our digital services.
Key Responsibilities- Implementation and Configuration: Implement and configure application performance monitoring solutions across various environments, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze application performance data to identify potential issues and areas for improvement, collaborating with development and operational teams to optimize application performance.
- Troubleshooting: Utilize application performance monitoring tools to troubleshoot and resolve live application performance issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum user satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of our application performance monitoring implementation and recommend improvements to enhance overall system performance.
- On-Call Support: Provide on-call support for our digital services, working closely with the team to ensure prompt resolution of issues and minimal impact on users.
- Strong Technical Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of application performance management concepts, including monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Dynatrace: Have experience with Dynatrace application performance monitoring solutions, including implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Collaboration and Communication: Demonstrate excellent collaboration and communication skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Continuous Learning: Be committed to continuous learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in application performance monitoring.
- Experience with Cloud-Based Tooling: Have experience with cloud-based tooling, scripting, and monitoring, including tools such as MonACo or Terraform.
- Application Profiling Skills: Possess experience with application profiling skills, including Java Micro Services, MQ, and other relevant technologies.
- Middleware Technologies: Have experience with middleware technologies, including WebSphere and WebLogic.
