About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Asset Investment Manager to join our team at ALDAR. As a key member of our asset management team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in managing the asset management investment process, underwriting new potential acquisitions, and closing potential acquisitions in conjunction with the senior manager.

In addition, you will assist in developing asset management investment proposals across all stages of the transaction from sourcing to execution.

Responsibilities
  • Acquisition Support: Assist in all acquisition phases including structuring definitive agreements and their drafting processes.
  • Due Diligence: Coordinate efforts in conjunction with legal and commercial divisions (and external advisers) to ensure seamless due diligence processes.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare financial and valuation models where required and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and assessing financial results, in addition to valuing intangible assets and determining purchase price allocations.
  • Reporting: Prepare presentation materials/memoranda and financial impact assessment reports for the line manager.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and market trends.
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in asset management or a related field.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of AED 120,000 - 180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
