Job Title: Senior Property Dispute Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Dispute Solicitor to join our growing property litigation team at JMW Solicitors LLP. As a leading national firm, we offer a collaborative culture and transparent career progression framework. Our team covers the full spectrum of property disputes for commercial and residential land owners, landlords, and tenants.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years PQE and experience in property disputes. They will be responsible for managing their own caseload under supervision and supporting partners on larger disputes. The role involves client-facing work, developing professional skills, and owning business development strategies.

Key responsibilities include:
- Dealing with new enquiries from clients;
- Managing a busy caseload of property disputes;
- Taking instructions from clients, conducting legal research, case analysis, and drafting documents;
- Assisting partners and senior solicitors on high-value/complex disputes;
- Managing compliance and cashflow on files;
- Producing articles, video content, and delivering training;
- Developing business development strategies.

Required skills and qualifications include:
- Experience in property disputes;
- Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment;

JMW offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days' annual leave, travel insurance, death in service, private medical insurance, income protection, and access to our Employee Assistance Programme and Mental Health First Aiders.
