About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at Probo Medical. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and driving business growth.

About the Job:

This role is a key part of our Logistics and Inventory function, with a focus on managing inventory levels, analysing data, and producing reports to support effective income streams and meet financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products, optimising space utilisation.
  • Lead, train, and assign tasks to warehouse personnel to ensure productivity and adherence to protocols.
  • Monitor and manage warehouse supplies, ensuring compliance with H&S regulations.
  • Oversee accurate recording, labelling, and storage of incoming inventory and correct processes for outgoing inventory.
  • Organise quarterly physical inventory counts, produce reports, analyse data, and identify errors to ensure full reconciliation with salesforce.
  • Work with Department Leads to identify aging stock and develop strategies to reduce it.
  • Support the Head of Logistics and Inventory in developing KPIs that add value to the business.
  • Prepare monthly reports on inventory levels, warehouse productivity, and other agreed key metrics.

Requirements:

  • Experience handling high-value/delicate equipment.
  • Proven track record in inventory management.
  • Ability to devise reports and analyse data.
  • Clean driving licence.
  • Experience in collections/deliveries and safe loading/storage of goods.
  • International shipping experience.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
