Are you a seasoned contract manager looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for fire safety and security? We are seeking a Fire Alarm and Contracts Supervisor to join our dynamic team at RGE Services Ltd, a leading provider of fire and security services in the Southeast of England.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an impressive range of benefits, including 23 days holiday per year, rising to 25 days after two years of employment, and a comprehensive pension scheme.

Responsibilities
  • To manage the day-to-day operations of our contract services, ensuring timely and effective delivery of reactive and PPM services.
  • To source and procure necessary materials and equipment for our contracts.
  • To maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.

You will lead a team of professionals and must possess excellent leadership and management skills, as well as strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements
  • A minimum of three years' experience in contract management, preferably in delivering to the public sector.
  • Familiarity with fire safety regulations, FIA, and BAFE qualifications is desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills are essential.
