We are seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator / Handyman to join our client's team at their Manufacturing site in Market Weighton. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting and decorating, as well as experience in using hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and smoothing.
  • Apply paint or other finishes to both interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Maintain architraves.
  • Report any issues and/or damages immediately.
  • Manage materials and tools.
  • Carry out basic repairs.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Experience within painting & decorating.
  • Experience in using hand & power tools.

The successful candidate will be available to work regularly from Monday to Friday and will be required to have their own transport due to location and travel between sites.

Salary: £15.00 per hour.
