Established in 1847, Searcys is the oldest caterer in the UK. We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Manager to oversee the financial aspects of our catering and client services.

About the Role

We offer an estimated salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience, making this an attractive opportunity for those looking to advance their careers in finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all financial aspects of contracts, including reconciliation of previous day's revenues & takings and entry into Evolution.
  • Process purchase invoices into Evolution, including approval of E-invoicing invoices, and raise sales invoices on Evolution.
  • Input data onto Daily Tracker and distribute to management team, analyze petty cash, and redeem third-party vouchers.
  • Closing week on Evolution, analyzing debt, managing and reporting internal/external debts, BOB analysis and sense check, voucher reconciliation, payroll input, and planday.
  • Reconcile accruals and prepayments for month-end accounts and prepare E-trading accounts for General Manager & Management Accountant.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to work independently with strong accounting skills.
  • Ongoing study towards qualifications (AAT) or equivalent.
