Role Overview:
As a Child Protection Specialist with Brook Street UK, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children and families. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your expertise and experience in child protection to make a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:
You will work closely with children, families, and other agencies to identify and address risks, providing support and guidance to ensure their safety and independence. Your expertise will be used to manage complex child protection cases and investigations, collaborating with multi-agency teams and chairing children's plans. You will also develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, schools, and community organizations.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have a Social Work qualification with HCPC registration and a minimum of 2 years' experience in the field. Proven experience handling complex child protection cases and working within statutory children's settings is essential. Strong knowledge of social care theory, legislation, and safeguarding practices is also required. Excellent report writing skills and the ability to meet deadlines are necessary.

What We Offer:
We provide a competitive salary of £45,000 - £48,000 per annum, dependent on experience. You will also receive ~20 days of annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays, and a company pension scheme. Our supportive team environment offers regular supervision and opportunities for professional development.
