Senior Architect Position

We are working with a top construction consultancy who currently has a senior architect position available. The role would involve taking a lead role in the inception of the architectural department, working on a variety of projects.

Due to several new confirmed projects, they are seeking an experienced senior architect to join the team with further plans to develop the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects through all RIBA stages, developing briefs with key stakeholders.
  • Engage in local business development to nurture and grow client relationships.
  • Work closely with the Project and surveying teams.
  • Liaise with planning and building control authorities.
  • Ensure projects adhere to Building Regulations and ISO 19650 standards.
  • Maintain and build meaningful client relationships through project delivery.
  • Use Revit on a daily basis.
  • Proficient in Revit.
  • Strong creative and technical design abilities.
  • Experience working on façade and Education projects would be beneficial.
  • Proven experience managing client expectations and running projects across all RIBA stages.
  • Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, NBS Chorus, and BIM360 would be advantageous.
  • Full UK driving license required.
