About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Property Surveyor to join our dynamic team in the real estate and property sector. As a Property Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys on a daily basis, working with property owners, and utilizing your expertise in building structure to craft detailed reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct surveys on a daily basis, averaging 2 surveys per day, 5 days a week
  • Work with property owners, omitting the need to coordinate with mortgage companies
  • Utilize efficient templates to navigate through your expertise in building structure
  • Craft detailed reports ensuring an accurate and polished end product
Benefits
  • Competitive OTE of £80,000
  • Commission of 40% of the job value
  • Weekly payments and swift 24-hour turnaround for invoice processing on a self-employed basis

Requirements
  • Proficient in property survey techniques
