Job Opportunity for a Dedicated Deputy Manager

A leading healthcare provider is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join their team in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support for residents with dementia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and experience in managing a team. You will be responsible for promoting an enabling environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing leadership and guidance to staff. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Deputising for the manager in their absence
  • Providing management, support, and advice to the staff team
  • Ensuring that residents receive person-centred care and support
  • Managing and supervising a team of staff

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality
