Pearson is seeking a highly skilled Training and Assessment Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs and assessments to learners.

Responsibilities:
  1. Design and deliver engaging training sessions that cater to diverse learning needs.
  2. Conduct thorough assessments of learners, providing feedback and guidance to support their progress.
  3. Develop and maintain accurate learner records, including electronic portfolios.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to inform your work.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with experience working within the Ofsted inspection framework. A sector-specific qualification (L3 NVQ/Diploma in Healthcare) with clinical experience is also essential. Strong written communication skills are required for capturing detailed feedback and target setting.
