We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Assistant to join our team as a Maintenance Worker. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for assisting the Maintenance Manager in maintaining all areas within the home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining equipment and systems to ensure the smooth operation of the care home
  • Assisting with routine maintenance tasks such as repairs and replacements
  • Reporting any defects or issues to the Maintenance Manager
  • Ensuring the safety and security of residents and staff at all times

Benefits:

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a care setting
  • GCC equivalent qualifications in electrical, mechanical or plumbing disciplines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
