About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Digital Adoption Manager to join our team at SECUTIX, a leading provider of digital solutions for the events industry. As a key member of our Professional Services and Customer Success teams, you will work closely with customers to identify their learning needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their learning objectives and develop targeted solutions
  • Design and deliver a range of learning programs, including workshops, webinars, and online courses
  • Work closely with our Professional Services team to ensure seamless delivery of learning solutions
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience in learning and development, with a focus on digital adoption
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
