We are seeking a talented Department Coordinator to join our team at Halfords. As a key member of the sales floor leadership team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a department, supervising and coaching others to deliver market-leading standards to our customers.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales or services business environment. You should also have some knowledge of technical skills in motoring or cycling, although this is not essential as technical training is provided.

  • You will have the opportunity to work closely with your colleagues to achieve exceptional results and improve processes.
