We are seeking a highly skilled Neighbourhood Officer to join our Tenant Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our estates are managed to a high standard, engaging with the community and leading on community improvement grant projects.


The ideal candidate will have experience of working within housing or a similar customer-focused organisation, with excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively with all members of the Housing Operations Team to ensure that tenants and other customers receive a high-quality service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake regular estate inspections to ensure high standards of management and community engagement.
  • Lead on community improvement grant projects to enhance the quality of life for our tenants.
  • Support tenants suffering from domestic abuse or those in need of additional tenancy support.
  • Work effectively with the Housing Operations Team to deliver a high-quality service to tenants and other customers.
