As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry and government regulations, providing leadership and advisory support to operational management, and managing assigned projects.

Key responsibilities include working with senior operational management to ensure compliance systems and controls remain appropriate, ensuring operational management are briefed in good time to ensure compliance with regulatory change, and providing management information to the Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Management of the assigned business area.

We are looking for a strong regulatory focus, with a good knowledge of FCA requirements specifically relating to insurance within ICOBs and insurance product regulation. Industry recognised qualifications are desirable but not essential, depending on relevant experience.
