We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Technical Project Lead to lead our team in delivering innovative products and services for state-of-the-art flight simulators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including software, hardware and systems engineers to deliver high-quality products and services.
  • Act as the primary owner of work packages ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality are aligned with project goals.
  • Implement technical governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with aerospace industry standards and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Engineering Work Package Owner/Delivery Manager, Project Manager or Technical Lead in the aerospace, simulation or other mission critical manufacturing industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of aerospace standards and experience in ensuring compliance with these standards.
