About the Role

This is a senior position for a skilled Building Surveyor to join our team at Intro Group in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys, inspections, and assessments of buildings, preparing reports, advising clients, and managing projects related to building construction and renovation predominantly within the commercial sector.

Salary and Benefits

About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced professional with a degree in Building Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Professional certification as a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) or similar accreditation is desirable. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building surveys, defect analysis, and project management, with strong knowledge of building regulations, construction methods, and materials.

Requirements and Qualifications
