About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding role for a highly motivated Senior Planning Consultant/Associate Director. As part of our Planning and Development Advisory team, you will be responsible for delivering business growth through planning projects, including Planning Appraisals, Applications, Appeals, Land Promotion, and Enforcement.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Work closely with the team to deliver high-quality planning projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Key Requirements

  • Proven track record in planning, including preparation and submission of applications and appeals.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.

Estimated Salary

£48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus car allowance, bonus, and benefits.
