About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team at Fawkes & Reece South. As a Senior Estimator, you will play a key role in the success of our business, working closely with our Surveying and Operational teams to deliver competitive tenders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake tenders independently, valuing up to £10mil.
  • Work collaboratively with Surveying and Operational teams to produce competitive tenders.
  • Report into the Managing Director.
  • Mentor junior members of staff, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • HNC / Degree qualified.
  • Ability to price from first principles.
  • At least 5 years experience within an estimating role.
  • Live within Dorset and be willing to travel to office / site when required.
