Java Technical Architect Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Technical Architect to join our team at LSA Recruit in Newbury, UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Requirements Management: Develop and maintain functional and non-functional requirements, collaborate with customers to ensure requirements signoff, and provide inputs to UI/UX teams.
  • Architectural Thinking/Architecture Principles: Provide technology leadership, serve as a consultant to customers, and suggest use cases based on experience from other projects/industries.
  • Architectural Design knowledge/Thinking: Prepare and provide design guidelines, ensure design is scalable, and produce design artefacts for the project.
  • Architecture evaluation & analysis: Review software development in accordance with design and architectural guidelines, perform performance fine tuning, and assess functional/technical debt.
  • Change Management: Collaborate with the project team, prepare managers and supervisors to lead changes, and experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
