Job Title: Senior Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team in the Community Rehabilitation and Falls service. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify appropriate interventions for patients referred to the service.
  • Develop and implement goal-focused rehabilitation programs for adults with complex physical and mental health needs.
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to plan and deliver physiotherapy services.
  • Supervise and educate junior staff, support staff, and students to ensure high standards of clinical practice.
  • Participate in the development of good practice for Physiotherapists within CityCare Partnership.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate skills demonstrating broad-based experience in physiotherapy.
  • Experience of multi-agency working and supervision of less experienced qualified staff and students/support workers.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a positive attitude and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
