Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Component EMC sign off for electronic components including running changes.
  • Support EMC Delivery Team Manager to ensure all Electronics modules from any squad meet the corporate Component EMC requirements.
  • Ensure timely completion of Component EMC testing in line with vehicle program gateways.
  • Resolve technical issues without impacting programme gateways timing.
  • Approve Component EMC test plans and results.
  • Ensure any agreed deviations have no effect to Vehicle level EMC performances.

Requirements

  • Relevant previous experience in a similar electromagnetic compatibility engineering role.
  • Understanding of EMC theory and design principles, and experience of practical implementation.
  • Component EMC test experience.
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Previous experience in working within an engineering based industry such as automotive, aerospace, or rail.
