Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the dining areas, bar, kitchen, and restrooms are immaculately maintained throughout operating hours.
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to eliminate debris and spills, promoting safety and aesthetics.
  • Sanitise surfaces, including tables, chairs, counters, and bar tops, to maintain a germ-free environment.
  • Restock restroom facilities with supplies, including soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
  • Proactively identify and address cleaning needs, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the management team.
