Estimated Salary: £45,000 per annum, based on location and experience
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Lift Service Engineer to join our Service team in Edinburgh and surrounding areas. As a Lift Service Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits, meeting agreed customer response times, and providing regular updates to the Service Supervisor/ Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits
- Meet agreed customer response times, building strong relationships with our clients
- Provide regular updates to the Service Supervisor/ Service Manager
- Solve complex problems and work independently
- This role does not regularly involve attending call-outs during the working day and there is no requirement for participation in the out-of-hours call rota
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- NVQ3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent
- Experience of working with lifts
- Strong customer skills
- A valid UK Driving License
