Culinary Director

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Lead to join our team at FareShare Merseyside. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions of our commercial and training kitchens.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with strong leadership, time management, and organisational skills. They will also possess knowledge of kitchen safety, food hygiene, and sanitation regulations.

**Responsibilities**

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes of the highest quality in a timely manner
• Ensure all food is made according to the recipe and portion control standards
• Develop and create new recipes in collaboration with staff and volunteers

**Requirements**

• Minimum of 3-5 years in a Chef/Kitchen Manager or similar role
• Ability to engage with a wide range of people across the local community
• Intermediate food hygiene level 3

**What We Offer**

FareShare offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
