Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Ophthalmic Technician II to join our team at Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston, Inc. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and be certified in ophthalmology, such as COA, COT, COMT, OSC, CRA, or OCT-C. They will also possess excellent computer and data entry skills, as well as the ability to troubleshoot eye issues and work with electronic health record systems.

In this role, you will assist physicians in gathering patient data, maintain a clinical environment, and perform various tasks, including visual acuity testing, lensometry, and applanation tonometry. You will also participate in patient care within a clinical setting and maintain accurate medical records.
