This position requires a highly motivated and organized individual to manage and process sales orders, coordinate with the warehouse team, and respond to customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Order Processing:
    Verify accuracy and completeness of sales orders, coordinating with the warehouse team for timely delivery.
  2. Customer Support:
    Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and escalating concerns when necessary.
  3. Quotations and Pricing:
    Assist in preparing and distributing sales quotations, collaborating with the commercial team to ensure accurate pricing.
  4. Database and CRM Management:
    Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in sales administration or a commercial role.
  2. Effective use of CRM systems and sales order processing.
  3. Familiarity with invoicing processes is advantageous.
Skills:
  1. Organizational and time management skills.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary:£85,000 + Monthly Commission (After Probation Period)
