About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Forest School Lead Tutor to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in outdoor education and make a positive impact on students' lives.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in outdoor education, with experience working with children or young people. A Level 3 Forest School Qualification is highly desirable, but we will also consider candidates with outdoor learning experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement outdoor education programmes for students.
  • Work with students, school staff, and parents to ensure the successful delivery of outdoor learning sessions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of outdoor education policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience working with children or young people in an educational setting, particularly in outdoor environments.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to engage and motivate students, and good understanding of forest school principles.
  • A creative and nurturing approach to teaching.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
