We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents in a brand new state-of-the-art care home in Norfolk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily tasks, including personal care assistance, days out, and companionship.
- Encourage independence, well-being, and support vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities.
- Ensure accurate record keeping at all times.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
- A genuine desire to care for others.
- Good team player.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to show a can-do attitude always.
