Early Years Teacher Opportunity in a Thriving Lewisham School

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly committed and passionate EYFS Teacher to join our team at an Outstanding School in Lewisham.
About the Role: As an EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering lessons that cater to the diverse needs of EYFS students. You will implement appropriate teaching strategies to engage and inspire students, assess and monitor student progress, and provide regular feedback and targets for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality EYFS lessons that meet the needs of all students.
- Implement effective teaching strategies to promote student engagement and motivation.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respectful behaviour and positive relationships.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Education or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching EYFS students in a primary school setting.
- Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners.
