Tenways E-Bike is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Sales team in Scotland/North England/North Ireland. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage designated customer accounts, including opening new accounts and being the primary contact for existing ones
- Build and maintain a network of premium bike resellers, understanding customer needs and preferences
- Drive sales operations, including order processing, sales administration, and training
- Provide excellent commercial and after-sales service to retailers
- Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to promote the Tenways brand
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and increase sales
- Fluent English language skills
- Ability to travel 60-70% of the time, including overnight stays
- Experience in sales, market research, and analysis
- Highly organized and able to work remotely
- Demonstrated technological acumen and ability to quickly adapt to new digital platforms
- Computer literacy, including knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
- A dynamic and supportive work environment
