About the Role

At Bridewell Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Threat Intelligence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Cyber Threat Intelligence team, you will play a critical role in delivering and enhancing our existing Cyber Threat Intelligence capability.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the Cyber Threat Intelligence Lead in planning, directing, collecting, processing, analysing, and disseminating intelligence to our clients at tactical, operational, and strategic levels.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on the threat landscape, individual threats, and associated Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
• Produce advisories, brief clients, hold strategic workshops, and produce reports at various frequencies for different audiences.
• Utilise technology, such as threat intelligence platforms, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems, query/visualisation engines, and statistical tools to aid reporting.

Requirements
• Background in technology, either academic or through work experience.
• Minimum of 2-3 years in a Cyber Security discipline.
• Knowledge and understanding of Cyber Kill Chains, MITRE ATT&CK, and/or Diamond Threat Model.
• Comfortable using Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) methodologies and tooling.
• Ability to translate complex data or findings into simple terms.
• Familiarity with tracking threat actors, including Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs) and cybercrime groups.
• Experience conducting research and analysis using SIEM, Incident Response (IR), or Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools.
• Experience using Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIP) within a Cyber Threat Intelligence or Security Operations Centre (SOC) role.
• Experience in cyber threat intelligence collection, analysis, production, or consumption.
• Experience working with malware, including static and dynamic analysis of binaries, malicious documents, and other formats.
• Ability to use analytical processes/models for analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Cyber Security and excellent investigative skills, insatiable curiosity, and an innate drive to win.
• Instinctive and creative, with an ability to think like the adversary.
• Good knowledge of tools, data sets, and vendors in the Cyber Security technology landscape.
