Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-4 years
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to develop and implement effective learning plans
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and engaging environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure effective communication and partnership working
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent
  • Experience of caring for babies and toddlers or pre-school aged children
  • Paediatric First Aid certification
  • Experience of managing, motivating, and leading a team
