About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Valuation Specialist to join our team in the Nottingham area. As a key member of our Estate Agency, you will be responsible for providing accurate market valuations for potential seller's properties, engaging and supporting customers throughout their journey, and building a relationship with them as their key point of contact through the entire sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough property valuations to provide accurate market appraisals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing regular updates and progress reports
  • Work closely with the Area Partner to achieve sales targets and grow the business
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure the best possible service for customers

Requirements:

  • Highly experienced in Property Sales and Valuations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of the local area and market trends
