Job Title: Part-Time Logistics and Event Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Logistics and Event Executive to join our team at RunThrough. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our events, from preparation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to prepare vans and equipment for events.
  • Assist with inventory checks, receiving deliveries, and organizing stock.
  • Ensure all equipment is fully functional and event-ready.
  • Help wash and organize event branding.
  • Work on the course team to deliver successful events.
  • Mark routes, ride lead bikes, drop off and brief marshals.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience for all runners.
  • Work as part of a team to efficiently set up and pack down events, solving problems as they arise.

Requirements:

  • A valid driving license is required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player with a problem-solving mindset.
