Housekeeper Job Description

We're recruiting a part-time Housekeeper to join our dedicated team at ESS, providing excellent cleaning services for Defence in Helensburgh.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain various areas within the building
  • Dust, sweep, polish, mop, and vacuum designated spaces to a high standard
  • Sanitise surface areas, floors, windows, and touchpoints regularly
  • Perform additional cleaning tasks as required, such as mopping up spills efficiently
  • Empty and dispose of bin waste
  • Ensure all areas are clean, presentable, and safe for visitors by following policies and procedures
  • Adhere to health & safety guidelines when using equipment
Requirements:
  • Previous cleaning experience in a similar role
  • Passion for customer service
  • Effective communication with customers and team members
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Flexible approach to working hours
