Job Description

The successful candidate will manage a caseload of residential property matters, including sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions.

As a key member of our team, the Conveyancing Solicitor - Residential Property will process cases efficiently and effectively, liaising with clients, estate agents, and lenders to develop professional relationships and generate fee income in line with agreed targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of residential property matters
  • Process cases efficiently and effectively
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, and lenders

Desirable Skills and Experience:
  • Hold a relevant qualification (e.g. solicitor, CILEx, CLC)
  • Recent practical experience in the legal profession
  • Proven track record in Conveyancing client case management and fee earning
  • Be organised and process driven
  • Be commercially astute
  • Commitment to providing excellent client care
  • IT literacy with experience of using a web-based case management system
  • Experience handling client enquiries face to face and by telephone
