Job Description

The Senior Auditor Compliance role at CV-Library presents an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to make a significant impact on risk management and compliance within our organization.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to lead audits across various business areas, with a focus on digital and cyber security. As a Senior Auditor Compliance, you will be responsible for identifying and understanding relevant risks and controls, developing effective audit plans, and leading discussions with auditees and senior collaborators.

You will work closely with our internal audit team to ensure the timely and high-quality execution of audits, while maintaining effective working relationships with business partners and stakeholders.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require deep technical experience in design/operation in areas such as information technology architecture, cloud, network, digital product/platform development, cybersecurity. Relevant IT risk and control experience within bp, a similar company or within a relevant professional services organization is also essential.

You should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to land challenging messages and navigate the organization with tact. A proven track record of delivery of audits, relevant risk and controls projects, or line work is also necessary.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to demonstrate leadership skills, with experience in team lead roles and working/virtual and/or global teams. The ability to learn quickly and identify key risks and controls in unfamiliar business environments is also crucial.
