About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our growing audit team at Thomson Cooper. As a dynamic and forward-thinking firm, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients and are looking for individuals who share our passion for excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead audits from planning to completion stage, utilizing advanced audit techniques and tools to ensure high-quality results.
  • Work closely with Partners, Directors, and Managers to deliver audit services to a diverse portfolio of commercial and third sector entities.
  • Identify key risks and develop effective strategies to test and mitigate them, ensuring audit files are comprehensive and well-documented.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver audit services, providing training and coaching to junior staff as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare statutory accounts and draft corporation tax computations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver audit services that meet or exceed client expectations, while maintaining a strong focus on quality and timeliness.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Audit Senior who possesses:

Relevant professional qualifications (ACCA/ICAS or equivalent) and a strong understanding of audit principles and practices.At least 2 years' experience in audit, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.Excellent technical knowledge and IT skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.What We Offer
