Primary School Teaching Support Professional

We are seeking a Primary School Teaching Support Professional to join our team in Abergavenny. As a key member of the staff, you will be working closely with a child who requires one-to-one support due to Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
The successful candidate will have a Level 2 or 3 qualification in education or equivalent experience, demonstrating a passion for supporting students' development. A calm, patient, and caring personality is essential, as is excellent communication skills.
You will be responsible for providing individualized support to the child, collaborating with teachers to develop learning plans, maintaining accurate records of progress and participation, and ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the child with ALN in a one-to-one capacity

Requirements:
