We are seeking a skilled and motivated Secondary School Finance Assistant to join our team in a busy secondary school located just outside of Newcastle city centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the finance function, including processing and paying invoices, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the finance function, including processing and paying invoices
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and reports
Requirements:
  • Experience of SAGE200 or similar accounting software
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
Salary:

The salary for this role is approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, paid bi-weekly.
