Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to lead our team's efforts in designing and implementing cloud-based CRM solutions. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring data integrity and proper data flow across acquired businesses. If you have demonstrable experience working with the Salesforce platform, particularly with Sales Cloud and CPQ, we want to hear from you

About the Role:
• Lead architecture design for Salesforce CRM and CPQ implementations
• Work closely with internal and external development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Conduct regular design review sessions across project portfolio
• Contribute to and adopt architectural policies, patterns, and standards
• Monitor data governance and management within Salesforce
• Ensure data integrity and proper data flow across acquired businesses
• Provide expertise on integrating Salesforce with various legacy systems
• Promote architectural best practices and coding standards
• Identify and align common processes and Salesforce solutions to optimize business operations
• Provide technical mentoring and coaching to the wide Salesforce Development and Administrator teams

What We Offer:
Up to £80,000 per annum D.O.E, plus performance-based bonuses, and a generous benefits package including 38 days holiday yearly, enhanced sick pay scheme, 5% employer pension, life insurance scheme, and more.
