Homelessness Advisor

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum
As a Homelessness Advisor with Vox Network Consultants, you will play a critical role in supporting households at risk of homelessness. Your primary responsibility will be to assess client needs, identify suitable housing options, and work with clients to resolve accommodation problems.
You will also have the opportunity to develop and maintain effective relationships with external agencies, including landlords, local authorities, and other stakeholders. Additionally, you will provide expert advice and support to clients on their housing rights and obligations under legislation and council policy.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in working with vulnerable populations, including those experiencing homelessness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external agencies
- A strong understanding of housing legislation and policy, including the Housing Act 1996 and the Homelessness Act 2002
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality services
