Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team at Greatwell Homes Careers. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting budget holders to translate our corporate plan and business as usual activities into a robust budget and financial forecast.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead on supporting budget holders to transform their strategic and operational goals into working budgets to facilitate robust financial forecasts.
  • Provide fit for purpose, timely and accurate corporate reporting to monitor financial targets and tailored to meet the needs of different audiences.
  • Manage a high performing budgeting and forecasting team, driving efficiency in working practices and ensuring seamless delivery of financial plans.

About the Role

This is a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity to cover maternity leave, providing a unique chance to make a significant impact on our finance team's success. As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with budget holders and the wider business to develop fit for purpose reporting solutions, monitor and track financial performance, and drive business growth through effective financial planning and analysis.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an experienced people manager with a track record of developing high performing teams, driving efficiency in working practices, and delivering financial plans. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
