Their commitment to growth has created an opportunity to expand the team, seeking 10 additional engineers to join their Process Division.

The Process Division specializes in the supply of fully automated manufacturing equipment for the food and beverage sector, catering to some of the UK's largest food producers. Their equipment is tailored to meet the unique needs of each customer, and the division's engineers play a vital role in ensuring seamless installation and commissioning.

Day-to-day responsibilities will involve a mix of installation, commissioning, and routine planned overhauls of machinery. Engineers will work on a combination of electrical and mechanical tasks, with frequent nights away from home required due to customer locations. The role demands flexibility, with engineers expected to work independently and as part of a team for larger projects.

The company offers comprehensive training, including sessions at their UK Head Office and International Head Office in Germany, followed by on-field training with senior engineers. This investment in employee development ensures that engineers are equipped to deliver exceptional results.

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

  • Experience working on automated process or packaging equipment
  • A willingness to travel UK-wide and stay away from home when required
  • A recognized electrical engineering qualification
  • Prior experience working on electromechanical equipment
  • A valid UK driving license

The company offers a competitive salary, with an estimated annual package of £60,000, plus door-to-door pay (OTE £70,000). Benefits include a company car (BMW or Audi), fuel card, fully expensed, and full product training.
