About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of our new Flex Operations processes. As a Flex Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality customer journeys, managing operational customer requirements, and supporting the Flex Sales Account Manager in managing all operational customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective customer journeys to meet Flex customer needs
- Prepare accurate and timely invoices for Flex customers, including calculation of Flex Supply costs and industry charges
- Analyze and diagnose customer queries, requests, and complaints to ensure timely resolution
- Deliver operational requirements within Flex Customer SLAs
- Assist with the production and explanation of energy budgets for customers
- Develop customer account reconciliations, including Pass-Through and Flex billing reconciliations
- Maintain a good working knowledge of the latest Gas and Electricity market movements to enhance analysis and analytical reports provided to customers
- Support compliance audits and billing assurance activities
- Maintain high-quality records, databases, and files
- Collaborate with the Flex Operations Manager to identify process improvements and implement changes
- Maintain regulatory compliance, including Ofgem and Elexon requirements
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience in servicing flexible energy contracts
- Experience working with Junifer for operational delivery to Flex customers (ideal)
- Commercial awareness, including analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Enthusiasm and drive, with the ability to meet deadlines
